Schemes of the Lich King
Temple of Ohn
The Temple of Ohn is a massive structure built atop a mountain range overlooking Old Town. Shortly after Ohn was revealed as a powerful god, Ohn had followers, curious about what he meant and what he delivered to people. These scholars and peaceful recluses eventually needed rid of the distractions around them and build a temple far away were they could debate, meditate and ponder the mysteries of Ohn for their whole lives.
Eventually they became an order of monks dedicated to Ohn’s teachings of law. They adapted a unique fighting style as a way of entertainment and exercise since they were so far removed from society, only having each other as brothers and sisters.
Initially, the halflings of Old Town felt that the monks were insular, detached and quite insane for living such an unusual lifestyle. However, the monks began to deploy some of their brothers and sisters to the rest of the Dragon Empire and they, in turn, began establishing small monasteries where they could pray and meditate but also aid those around them with advice on law and other studies. These are few and far between but they can be found.
